1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, including your license number where required for CE credit.
2. Course Access & Intellectual Property
- All course materials—including videos, quizzes, PDFs, and resources—are owned by Next Level Nurse Pro or licensed for use.
- You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the content without express written permission.
- Access to purchased or free content is granted for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
3. Continuing Education & CE Broker Reporting
- We provide CEUs based on our status as a recognized CE provider (where applicable).
- You are responsible for ensuring the course meets your state licensing board's renewal criteria.
- If CE Broker reporting is applicable, you must supply accurate license information during registration to enable submission.
4. Refunds & Course Availability
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in course descriptions or legal requirements.
- We reserve the right to change course content, instructors, pricing, or access availability at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
By using our Services, you agree not to:
- Share your account with others or submit false CE completions
- Upload, distribute, or use harmful software or content
- Harass, abuse, or misuse discussion boards or community forums
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or removal.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or regulatory advice. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee certification or licensure approval for every state or agency. Next Level Nurse Pro is not liable for delays in CE reporting or loss of licensure due to user error or misuse of the site.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice.
